Erm, not as such, but I do know that sherlockbbc over at livejournal is one of the most extensive (not to mention well-organised!) fanfiction archives in the Sherlock fandom.  It also has a fact archive for fans who either have questions about Sherlock Holmes canon, British lifestyle, character history, etc. etc., to keep the fics as realistic and quality as possible.

It really is a fantastic community, and very well-run.  I highly recommend it.
